Working principle


In nature, water flows from high to low, and heat flows from high to low. But people can use a pump to lift water from low to high, so that water can flow from low to high, and heat pumps can also transfer heat from low to high. So air to the water heat pump for hot water is essentially a heat lifting device, the role of the heat pump is to absorb heat from the surrounding environment, and transfer it to the heated object. A mechanical device that converts heat from low to high temperatures is called a heat pump. Air source heat pump = winter heating + summer refrigeration, to meet the requirements of winter and summer two working conditions, other heating equipment can only be heated in winter, summer refrigeration also needs to install air conditioning equipment. At the same time, the heat-absorbing vaporization of the working medium inside the evaporator is sucked into the compressor, and the compressor compresses the low-pressure working medium gas into high-temperature and high-pressure gas into the condenser. The water forced circulation by the pump also passes through the condenser and is heated by the working medium before being sent to the user for use. And the working medium is cooled into a liquid, the liquid is cooled by the expansion valve and then flows into the evaporator again, so the repeated cycle of work, the heat energy in the air is constantly sent to the water by the heat pump so that the water temperature in the insulation tank gradually rises, and finally reaches about 55℃, just suitable for people to take a bath.
